Step-by-Step guide:

For sugar syrup :

1. Add 1 cup of water.
2. Add a few cardamom.
3. Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
4. Add saffron.

Boil for a few minutes and it's done.

For moong dal:

1. Add 1 cup of Ghee.
2. Add 1 spoon of semolina.
3. Add 1/2 spoon of besan.
4. Add 1/2 cup Soaked moong dal paste.
5. Cook until they get brown Which might take up to 20 minutes.
6. Once its brown add sugar syrup slowly.
7. Once all the moisture is evaporated its ready to serve.
