2. chicken breast.
  • Chicken breast is a great source of protein minus the fat.
  • Preserve your metabolism by going for a well-seasoned chicken breast.
  • Strengthening bones and building muscle has never been so easy.
  • Natural vitamins and low in sodium.

3. Oats.
  • Oats pack more protein than any other grains.
  • Due to the rich protein, minerals and fiber content oats should already be a breakfast staple. 


4. Black beans.
  • Black beans contain some serious protein while allowing the boy to process calories more efficiently.
  • Help in reducing the risk of various diseases. 

5. beef
  •  It can be crowned as the king of protein.
  • Out of 10 essential amino acids, beef contains 8.

6. Cauliflower.
  • It's a powerhouse of antioxidants.
  • It detoxifies, is full of fiber, and provides a range of other beneficial minerals and vitamins.

10. Almond.
  • 10 Almonds can provide you as much as 2.5 grams of protein.
  • Eating just a couple of them a day improves appetite control, gets rid of toxic elements, and controls blood sugar.

Step-by-step recipe - 

1. In a pan add a few spoons of oil.
2. Add 1 spoonful of cumin seeds.
3. Add onion and cook for a minute
4. Add garlic, Ginger and green chili
5. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cumin powder
6. Add tomato and cook until mushy
    
Cool it and then grind it

7. Add beans, carrots, potatoes, and boiled cauliflower.
8. Cook until soft
9. Again in a pan add a few spoons of oil
10. Add onion and capsicum
11. Add the mixture.
12. Cook for a minute.
13. Add cream.
14. Add vegetables and it's done
